Be confident. Know that the experience you gained in the military is a valuable asset to any company. The discipline, organization, attentiveness to detail, working under pressure, being calm and composed, being adaptable. Interview the company as well to ensure that they can provide you what you need. It is not all about the employer, because you have to live, eat and breath with the people you work with for 40-60 hrs a week and for 3-5 years. Make sure you pick a good unit and dont waste your time with (people who are going to get you killed) in a civilian sense... pick a good team and a good company.
